Frequently asked questions

What happens after I express my interest in a role?

Your information is put into the Jason Windows talent pool for a certain amount of time, before this expires; you are free to pull out at any time. Our talent pool is our first destination when looking to match talent with the positions the organisation wishes to fill.

What happens to my details if I am unsuccessful?

Depending on the circumstances and your suitability for the role you’ve applied for, we’ll keep your details in the Jason Windows talent pool. Should we find a position that may be more suitable to you, we may contact you.

Do you offer Apprenticeships?

Jason Windows offers several apprenticeships including Glass and Glazing (Glazier), Glass and Glass Processing and Mechanical Fitter trade qualifications. Visit our Apprenticeship page for more information.

How do I apply to become an apprentice?

Applications for apprenticeships are available through our Apprentice page. Before you consider applying, we recommend you view our Job Seeker Tips.

My position isn’t available. How do I express my interest?

Expressing your interest is made available through our Current Vacancies. There you can view available positions and expressions of interest.

What do you expect from your applicants?

Being familiar with our Core Values and how and where we operate is a good means of considering your own suitability for what we offer. We also recommend that all applicants submit a cover letter with their resume as a means of identifying their suitability for the available roles. If you are uncertain about how to present your cover letter or resume, please see our Job Seeker Tips.
