“When deciding to build a new home, I originally looked at a builder that used a different window supplier. I told the builder I would not go with them as I wanted to have Jason doors and windows in my home.  They agreed to install Jason brand for the same price.  Why I asked specifically for Jason, is because I had tried them in a display home and found that for me (with slight arthritis in my hands) they were easier to open than other brands, due to the lovely wide handles and easy operation.  Even the little snibs seemed easier to use.  The doors are beautiful and just glide smoothly.  I ensure I keep the sand out and it keeps them in good order. The other huge difference I found was with the windows:  All of my homes have had another brand in the past and I found I had to swear and wrestle with the fly screens to get them in and out for cleaning.  Sometimes, I had to leave some window fly screens off until I could get my son to put them back on.  Even he had problems.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that every single one of my Jason Window fly screens slide out and back with ease. So, I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that I am stoked that I chose Jason Windows and Doors for my home.   A big thank you to the people at Jason’s, as you have made a lady with arthritis very happy.  I would recommend these doors and windows for anyone with arthritis, or anyone putting new doors and windows into their home. On 14 July I sent off a query together with some photos about my broken sliding door handle. All I wanted to know was if you could help me with some advice as I wanted to do the job myself. Well, I got more than I bargained for! I got an immediate response from Lara saying that the manufacturer had identified a fault with their product and that you would gladly replace the entire handle set if I brought the old one along. On Monday I went to Spares Collection and was attended to by Jason. Also most helpful. Whilst waiting for him to do the paperwork I noticed from the posters that you pride yourself when it comes to customer service. I can truly say that you are an organisation of your word. I replaced the handles, have a fully functioning door again and a happy wife! Thank you.


Just touching base with you to let you know about my experience with Jason Windows. We have purchased a house that had the back sliding door supplied by Jason Windows and the last owners must have taken a screw driver to the lock mechanism. I came to Welshpool, picked up the new handle and at this time your Spare Parts person, a really nice guy didn’t get his name said if I returned both sides of the handles I could have a complete refund. This blew me away, who offers spare parts refunds in this day and age, I was very impressed by how much you stood by your product and the service I have received so far. The handle didn’t work as the lock mechanism was too far gone for people who don’t know what they are doing so my next phone call the young girl on the phone said I had to have a call out. She organized your staff member who’s name was Andrew to come 2 days later and informed me he would call me 20 mins before. Again the service was impeccable. Andrew was then coming out and booked in, he called me 15 mins before, he said he was going to call in to another small job and I asked him if I could be first as I needed to get back to work. He said no problem and we both arrived at the premises within a minute of each other, he proceeded to fix the door with excellent manners and professionalism and so impressed by his attitude to his job. My experience with Jason Windows has been an absolute pleasure, I have had your windows and doors in 3 different houses we have built and now I probably wouldn’t even shop around if I were to build again. Thankyou for taking my call and thankyou for a great customer service experience.
